Air Conditioning problem

My compressor clutch is not getting any voltage. I pulled the relay and found that no voltage is prsent at the side that should be "pulled" down to complete the circuit. I jumped the relay out and still had no voltage at the compressor clutch. I pulled my low pressure switch off and jumped it also. Still no voltage. I'm trying to charge the system but need to compressor to start to do so. Anything I should check next?
