Electrical problem
1995 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 155400 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I can start and run the car as well use the exterior lights and wipers, radio, and dome light. My A/C blower motor does not turn on and my digital speedometer/odometer/tripometer does not lightup. My voltmeter reads zero, but the fuel quantity gauge, temp gauge, and oil pressure gauge all work fine. Any ideas?

Sounds like 2 or 3 seperate issues, especially since its an older vehicle, OR one major wiring issue which is doubtful. The cluster not lighting up could be the headlight switch or the printed circuit that is on the back of the cluster. The blower motor could be the motor itself, the relay, the resistor block, or the ac control head. The volt meter not working sounds like an internal instrument cluster failure.
