Engine Performance problem
1995 Chevy Caprice V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 160,00 miles

Car has run solid since purchased in 2006.
Recently after tune up and exhaust manifold job started to choke and sputter when cold/going under 5mph. Car shudders as if it's going to shut off and then revs one time (by itself) and stops shaking.
Took it in and had cap and rotor replaced, distributor cap replaced, and had transmission serviced.
Another mechanic said possibly fuel injection system needs cleaning.....

Please help. This car is my baby and I will do all I can to save it!!!!
