1995 Buick Riviera front end shake

Steering problem
1995 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 139000 miles

I have been experiencing front end shake when I apply my brakes, it is worst between 45 mph down to 30 mph. I had new brakes and rotors put on but it didn't solve the problem. also my traction control and abs light stays on all the time, when i hit the traction control button it does nothing. any ideas?
