1995 BMW 740 oil

Engine problem
1995 BMW 740 V8 Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 107000 miles

i was looking at this bmw but i called them and they said it has a new engine with 70,000 miles on it but they said it has a problem everytime the car gets hot it spits oil out of the dipstick do you know what this could be?
