1995 BMW 320 fuel not starting

Engine Mechanical problem
1995 BMW 320 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 130000 miles

car was running well then sputtered then stoped car as half tank petrol its not flooded left for while keep trying car is turning over but not starting its trying to start bmw320i

Sounds like fuel pump, it is under the rear seat on the right side
