1994 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 184000 miles

My 1994 Toyota 4Runner has no power I hear that all of these models with a v6 have the same problem how can i give it more power, it has no get up and go and takes forever to get up to speed.

When was the last time it seen a major tune-up? Lost of power could be a problem with engine compression/weak or ou ttime ignition or fuel pressure problem and exhaust restriction- etc

I recently bought this truck and I changed plugs and plug wires what else would you suggest?

Spark plugs and wires is just 1/4 of a tune-up. I suggest you check compression and comeback with the readings and we'll go from there.
