Engine Performance problem

I have a 1994 Nissan pickup XE V6 4x4. It seems like it doesn't have any power. Its not skipping or sputtering(it is running smooth), but more of a bogging down. It's not so bad until you get to 4th gear. My top speed is around 60mph(45 if I am towing my boat) The only code I pulled said egr function problem which turned out to be a vacuum leak. I fixed that and now its giving me code 55, which according to the book means there are no problems. Its almost like it isn't getting enough fuel and when I pulled the plugs, they appeared as if the truck was running lean. I've changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, and I've run enough fuel system cleaner in it to burn down a small city. And still no change. The MAF, TPS, and O2 sensor all seem to be working according to the computer. Maybe crank angle sensor, but again, I'm getting no codes. PLEASE HELP
