Electrical problem
1994 Nissan Pathfinder 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 186000 miles

last week i was putting a new battery in my pathfinder and the negative wire accidentaly touched the positive terminal and the positive wire touched the negative terminal it smoked and when i finally got it in, the car does not turn over or anything the only things that work are the head lights and winsheild wipers, nothing else. i can here some relays ckicking but thats it.... any ideas what might have happened?
