1994 Isuzu Rodeo Question V8 Manual

I PARKED MY ISUZU RODEO FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND I JUST CHANGED THE ENGINE. BUT THE DOWN POT SEIZED AND I TYR TO RELEASE IT BUT NOW MY CLUTCH IS NOT WORKING AND I CANT CHANGE GEARS TO MOVE THE CAR. HOW DO I REPAIR THE CLUTCH.
