Electrical problem
1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 210000 miles

I just replace the battery and one of the terminals broke when trying to tighten onto the post. I replace the terminal stripped the wire and put it in the new terminal and put the new terminal on the post. On it's own the parking lights will turn on but the headlights will not. The car will not start. When I hook it up to another car with booster cables I am able to start the car and can drive it with no problem. When I unhook the booster cables and turn off the car and try to turn it back on it does not start.

do you think it could be your alternator?
