1994 Ford Tempo inner tie rods

Suspension problem
1994 Ford Tempo 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120,00 miles

I need to know if the inner tie rods have an internal or external threaded rack?

The rack has the male end, the tie rods has the female, there is a special tool for removing them...most also have a small lock pin too towards the inner part of the tie rod threads.
