1994 Ford Probe 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 134000 miles

I have a 1994 Probe GT I just picked up the other day. It ran fine all the way home a good 3 hour drive. I parked it over night and it quit working. The battery was dead. I knew I needed to replace the battery so I did, Still Nothing. SO I tried to jump start it. When I hooked up the cables from other car all the lights came on. But It wouldnt charge...I only let it charge for 5 mins but it still should of started. I even had someone push my car with theres and try to jump start it that way... but When it started the check engine light and the anti lock came on. and the car ran like it was constipated. When I stoppede the car or let off gas it would die again. Can you help?
