Electrical problem
1994 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive Automatic

i noticed that my dads battery lights whent from green to red so i cleaned the posts and connectors and now the explorer will not start i can jump it and it will run sweet but then i turn it off and it wont start back up. what could cause this?

BMRFIXIT i did what you said and i even put new ends on the cables and it still wont start any thing else i might have to do?

replace the battery and check /clean terminals
battery !!
