Engine Performance problem
1994 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles

my truck is a 6.5 turbo, and when you start for the first time each day, it starts and stalls, about 3 times then its ok. It drives great when runnung and hot starts are perfect. my local mechanic is stumped and in the last few weeks has changed my injection pump, lift pump, coolant sensor, glow plugs and controller, used ecm and a few other minor things. But nothing has changed at all. And there are no codes. He even installed a clear fuel line to check for air but the fuel is clear and always at pump when cold, like no drain back. I need help. What do you think it could be? i am woried about it as winter in coming and it gets cold here in canada.
