1994 Chevy Cavalier cooling

Engine Cooling problem
1994 Chevy Cavalier 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 115000 miles

when you turn on the a/c it blows the fuse and the cooling fan on the radiator will not work. fan, relay and coolant temp sensor all just replaced.

Does the fan come on normally without turning on the ac? (when the engine gets hot enough)
If so, there may be a short in the wiring to the ac clutch
or possibly in the dash.
Unplug the lead from the ac clutch. If it doesn't blow the fuse it may have a shorted out ac clutch.
