almost everytime i reverse my car n go to switch gears to drive the car turns off and when i am going a fast speed and going up the slightest hill the car acts as if its running out of gas when it has plenty..now i have just sold the car and the new owner said the car wont start so i go n check it out and its acting like it wants to start but wont turn over i need advice of what it can be i have replace the fuel filter and catalyc converter
