Electrical problem
1994 Buick Regal 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I went to get my car inspected and they told me right off the bat that my brake light didn't come on when I had the turn signal on so I brought it home and my husband changed the bulbs then the key locked in the on position so we change the ignition lock know the car won't start everything else comes on but the car what could possibly be wrong?
