Electrical problem

I recently blew a fuse in my bmw 525i, because I plugged a tire inflator to my cigarette lighter. Ever since then my car would't start up and my windows would'nt go up.

To start with, let's start with the basic stuff, did you check all the fuses? There is also a rear fuse box under the rear seat, and a fusible like inline on the small wire tapped off the battery positive post.
