1994 BMW 525 Vibration

Shakes or Wobbles problem
1994 BMW 525 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 148000 miles

My car vibrates between 55 and 60 MPH. It drives very smothly at all other speeds. I had the tires balanced and rotated yesterday but the problem persists. What do you think could be the problem?

Where do you feel the vibration? Is it presenting through the steering wheel or the car itself? When did this start?
