Interior problem

i can not open my drivers door from the outside i have to reach over from the passenger side.I can open it from the inside to get out.All the electrics work i.e the mirrors

Possibly the door latch mechanism has got something internally wrong with it. Whatever the case may be the door panel will need to come off to inspect for the issue.

Probably you got a bad door mechanism. You need to check all the wirings on it. Take it out and see the inside.
