1994 Acura Legend break lights

Computer problem
1994 Acura Legend 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98,000 miles

My sons break lights wont turn off. even with the car shut off. We dont have an owners manual either. so Im not to sure where the fuses are.

there should be a switch behind the break pedal it may be stuck or just faulty. have it checked
