Engine Cooling problem
1994 Acura Integra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles

the radiator fan doesn't come on when i start the car and the secondary fan doesn't when the car gets hot at least i don't think it does {i don't want to run the car too long to see for fear of too high a temperature}. they both go on immediatly when i turn on the air either at start up or when it's already running. is there a simple explanation?

Check to see if it has both the coolant temperature sensor or an engine temperature switch test it out-
