Engine Performance problem

My 940 has just developed a slight misfire, it has lost performance and has a lumpy tick-over. When first started it will not tick-over unless you rev it slightly for 20 seconds, worse when starting from warm. Once it has been running a while it doesn't stall on tick-over but the idle speed is erratic. A faullt code of 121 indicated a MAF meter which has been replaced, this helped the misfire and the performance but a misfire is still present when driving under light load at between 2000 and 3000 revs and the idling problems persist.
