Engine Cooling problem
1993 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 150000 miles

The fan stopped rotating. How do I troubleshoot to see if its a fuse, or the motor?

Try direct power from the battery-disconnect the fan motor connector-blue and black is the power and white and black is ground-

Could also be a relay or water temperature switch
