my odometer/speedometer broke. before it broke the turning signal switch, when engaged caused the speedometerto jump. i checked the sensor and it is good

Hi abradb,

I believe the meter cluster ground is bad causing the speedometer to fail. The indication is teh signal affecting the speedometer. Remove the meter cluster and check the grounds, known to be faulty quite often.
