Electrical problem
1993 Other Saturn Models 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 156000 km's

it mostly happens when i hit the brakes, but sometimes it does it on its own. the whole electrical system will cycle on and off, sometimes continuously and sometimes just once. my mechanic cant find the problem because it never happens when i take it in, but i'd like to try to figure this out.
