Electrical problem

On some days, the car starts fine. Most days, however, the car will crank, but not turn over. My son replaced the fuel pump a while ago and that seamed to solve the problem for a short time.

Now, it happens again. Someone suggested replacing the fule pump relay, but no one knows where it is.
