Electrical problem

Bob and Ken answeded before. Pleasae answer the following 3 items:
1 Where exactly are these fusible links are on the Taurus
2 When you say test them for power means: when the engine is running and if I put testing light at light green wire, and another time at red wire, each time the light should glow if the fusible links are good
3 When I charge the battery and remove the charger out and start the car it starts ok, that is the battery charged.When I go for a ride and stop and start again it does not start. Is it because fuse link is bad and it is not charging the battery if the alternator is good ( I believe it is good because when the engine is running If I disconnect the negative terminal the engine is still running good, some mechanic told me that it is good test.) or because the battery is shorted it is dcischarging itself after the first start when it is charged.
