Air Conditioning problem

A/C was repaired 1 year ago using the r134a freon replacement. Compressor started "pinging" during idle. Then the Air blew out altogether on a very hot august day5 hours into a 9 hour drive. Ford dealer in Ft. Smith, Ark fixed it and we drove it home a parked it until this summer. the Air conditioner will "ping" during idle. Ford Dealer in Dallas diagnosed as high intake pressure. Ford diagnosed and replaced the condensor. After 3 days the problem returned. Now Ford has powered up the over temp fan and it runs all the time. Will this correct the problem, or does it really neeed a larger condensor for the new coolant?
