Engine Mechanical problem
1993 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 340000 miles

The truck wont start at all unless you spray engine starting fluid in to the manifold. But once its running it wont idle it tries to die the whole time it is on, but once it is warm it will start by its self. The check engine light is also on, but every once in awhile it will shut off and run ok. The truck has no power and won't let you give it more than a quarter throttle and gets horibble gas mileage. I tried to get the codes ran but it was going to cost me $85 so im trying to avoide that.
