Engine Cooling problem
1993 Ford Aerostar 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 85,500 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have a major coolant leak that only seems to happen if I turn the air conditioner on, even for a minute. Why would this happen? If I don't have the air on, there is a minor leak.
The first thing to do is get the cooling system pressure tested and identify where the leak is, have that reverified and see if that fixes your problem.
