1993 Chevy Cheyenne 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 238000 miles

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to make my full bench seat lean all the way forward when i move it forward because i cant get to the things in the back of my truck its a regular cab truck and im trying to figure out why the bench seat wont lean all the way forward???
thank you please help me out
