Electrical problem

My car keeps blowing the #11 fuse under the hood. It blows just as soon as you turn the key on. Its a 10 amp fuse But I stuck a 30 amp in for just a few seconds and it will start and run. Put the 10 amp back in and it always blows. I have been trying to figure this out for 5 days now.
I just don't understand why it will start with a 30 amp(which i do know is very dangerous) but just had to see what would happen.
