Electrical problem
1992 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 190000 miles

The interlock on the ignition switch will not disengage. I have tried the following in various combinations: jiggling the steering wheel, jiggling the key, putting the gear shift lever into neutral, turning steering will in farthest position in both directions. And I have disconnected the battery for 45 minutes.
