Engine Mechanical problem

I own the above vehicle which i have had a problem with for a couple of weeks now.....4.2 fuel injected petrol/lpg motor
On Petrol the revs cut out at 1650rpm and then come back. with foot on accelerater steady the motor revs up to 1650rpm and loses all power. It wont go past 1650rpm
On Gas the car can actually be driven but at 1650 you feel the power decrease dramatically and can only reach approx 70kms per hour and is really slow and hesitant.
I have had a snap on computer scan done and it came up with no codes, I thouroughly cleaned and inspected all air intake system, throttle valve body and checked all earths and hoses.
Approx 4 months ago injectors were done, new fuel pump fitted, dizzy cap, rotor, plugs and leads and mass air flow sensor. computer has not been replaced (if this could be the problem)
The problem started after fitting a new 4wd battery but the battery is not the issue. I do not think it is a fuel issue as it plays up on gas also
I have had 4wd to nrma and a few other mechanics but to no avail.I just really need my 4wd back on the road so any advice will be so ever greatly appreciated
