1992 Mazda 626 rear wheel alignment

Tires and Wheels problem
1992 Mazda 626 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 184000 miles

1992 Mazda 626 DX: the rear wheels are out of alignment and the tires wear out on the outer side. Last time I took the car for alignment they told me that the camber is not adjustable for the rear wheels. How does one fix this problem? Would changing the struts solve the situation?
