Heater problem
1992 Lincoln Continental 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90100 miles

I have a 1992 Lincoln Continental and heat continuously comes out of the heater (at a slow rate) even when it is turned off. However, every now and then it won't heat at all. I have just read about the heater control valve but am unable to locate it under the hood. I reviewed another tip given here on how to check for fault codes within the heater. Currently shows 02 and 03 fault codes. Unfortunately, after searching the web for some time I have not been able to find out what those codes are. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
