1992 Honda Civic Steering not working right

Steering problem
1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 154021 miles

My car has suddenly started not steering correctly. I have to use both hands on the wheel at all times to keep it from going all over the road. I'm not sure what causes this or around how much it would cost to repair.

If you live in the rust belt, you may have a ruted out control arm....seen a few in my day. Take it in QUICK!
