Engine Mechanical problem

I have a honda accord 1992.apparently,it consumes gas.it consumes about 12 litre for 100 km and this is high .so i just want to know the reason if possible provide me with photos just in case if i need to change something.

If it is used only for city and short distance driving, that is about what you would get for this car.

Give the engine a tuneup and check the emission system.
