Engine Mechanical problem 1992 Dodge Stealth 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 150000 miles I have a 1992 dodge stealth and just had the engine rebuilt and there are less than 700 miles on the rebuilt engine. There was a new radiator ,and new hoses and other parts. I posted a question not long ago and the problem is when the rpms go down for example when you stop at a stop sign sometimes the car will turn off and you can turn it on again. I posted a question pertaining to this and i thought it was the battery and the response said that as well but i had the battery and alternator checked completely with the lights and electronics on and off and all of it seems to be fine. My only other guess if its not electrical then i think its probably the fuel system most likely the fuel filter. Do you think it has to do with the fuel filter needing to be replaced or something along those lines? If so can you please specify if it is hard to replace the fuel filter myself and if so where it would be located, and how to do it. I appreciate any suggestions, or comments, im still learning about my car and it would be a big help thank you!
