1992 Chevy Astro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 188000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My van is not turning over, its not the battery and i need to know where the starter is located so i can check the starter before i buy one. i was told it could be the fuse that leads to the starter, please help!
