Electrical problem

What all does the ignition control - I can't get the car to turn over - there are no lights, the door chime does work - i have hook up new computer and that was not the problem either - I have checked all my fuses and replaced the alternator, the stater solenoid does not make that clicking like it isn't working. We checked the built in alarm and its not working (don't know how to bypass or if its needed)
I cannot figure out why it won't start? Can you give me any info on what to look for? Thank you in advance
