CAR REVS, CHANGES GEAR PERFECTLY WELL AND DRIVES SMOOTHLY ON PLAIN GROUND BUT DOES NOT REV NOR GENERATE ENOUGH POWER TO CLIMB A HILL OR GRADIENT AT LOW SPEED. CAR DOES NOT HAVE GENERATE ENOUGH POWER TO MOVE FROM REST WHEN THE AIRCONDITION SYSTEM IS SWITCHED ON.
