1992 Acura Vigor Clutch master cylinder?

Transmission problem
1992 Acura Vigor Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 172300 miles

My clutch is very stiff to push in. When I try to put it into gear when the car is on it won't go. I know I have a hydraulic clutch so is my master cylinder out?

i don't think the issue is with the master or slave, but rather with the clutch in the transmission itself.
