Shakes or Wobbles problem

My car will start shaking badly once I hit about 30mph. It will not shake as bad once I get it to about 40. But it does still shake. Now if I take my foot off of the accelerator, the shaking will come to almost a complete stop. I do not understand. I just bought this car a few days ago. I was told it had a rebuilt motor and transmission. I was told there was under 4000 miles on the motor and under 3000 on the transaxle. I haul my 3 young children around in this car and I really need it to get them around. Can you please help?

well either a axle is very bad or you have a bad tire.
