Engine Performance problem

2 weeks ago, I changed the oil pump, and clutch in my 1991, Subaru, Loyale ( 5dr. wagon). (under vin #5)
Now my car shakes a idle speed, I adjusted the distributer, and fue mixure screw; several time trying to smoothe it out. If advanced is in effect the car runs at 1,000 rpm. It won't calm down until car reaches normal operations tempature.
Even more annoying is that: the car a has no torque in first, and reverse. The engine bogs down, car moves but jerks
