If the T-belt is fine, then check for spark. If there's no spark, I would replace the ignition module (it's inside the distributer cap, under the rotor) it has 2 screws holding it there, and 4 wires attached to it.
Very easy to replace, costs about $100 at the parts store. Fixes the problem about 95% of the time.
I wouldn't worry about the fuel pump just yet, they almost never go bad.
