Electrical problem
1991 Ford Mustang V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 100000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My car doesn't want to start today. Car has a new starter and solenoid, newer coil and new battery. I can get the car running by jumping the solenoid with a screwdriver, but when i try to start it in the ignition... Nothing. the starter won't even turn. Do ignitions fail without warning? don't know much about electrical in a vehicle.
Have helper hold key at start position, you check for power at the starter relay terminal red and lite blue wire -do you have it -if not check at the neutral safety switch white and pink wire -you got power there replace the NSS-no power there replace the ignition switch. Power at the starter relay red and lite blue replace the starter relay
