CAR ACTS LIKE IT IS NOT GETTING FUEL BUT FUEL IS GOING THROUGH LINES AND CAR IS GETTING A SPARK

assuming car wont start, while cranking the vehicle have someone push on the fuel pressure test port, does fuel come out or is it bone dry?

next step would be to check for injector pulse.
